2. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)
Consumers have the right to return a product within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.

3. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply
The following items are legally excluded from the right of withdrawal:

Personalized or custom-made products prepared upon the consumer’s request

Products that are not suitable for return for reasons related to health and hygiene after the package is opened

Products requiring assembly that were damaged during installation

Products that lose value after use
If any product falls under "custom production," this will be clearly stated before the order is confirmed.
4. If the Product Arrives Defective or Damaged
If the product is delivered:

You must notify us within 48 hours.
In such cases:

Take clear photos and/or videos of the issue

5. Exchange Process
Exchanges are possible.

9. Requirement for Damage Report During Delivery
If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, you must:
