2. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement covers the rights and obligations of both parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) whose specifications and sale prices are listed below, ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER’s website www.baupor.com.

4. Price & Payment Terms

The BUYER shall pay the product price using the payment method selected during checkout.
All prices, including taxes and additional charges, are presented to the user for approval before the order is finalized.

5. Delivery Terms

  • Delivery is made to the address provided by the BUYER in the order form.

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

  • The SELLER is obligated to deliver the products within a maximum of 30 days unless otherwise stated.

6. Right of Withdrawal / Returns

The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date the product is received.

Products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised:

  • Customized or personalized products made according to the BUYER’s request

  • Products that are not eligible for return due to hygiene and health reasons

7. Warranty & Liability

All products are covered under warranty in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
The SELLER is responsible for defective or non-conforming products.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, the BUYER may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court located in their district or province.

9. Enforcement

By completing the order on www.baupor.com, the BUYER acknowledges, declares, and accepts all terms and conditions of this Distance Sales Agreement.
